Step 1: Grind
We grind the surface smooth, repair it, and vacuum it to guarantee the best possible adhesion.
Step 2: Repair
For all repairs, we only use 100% solids ensuring the area is completely filled and sealed properly.
Step 3: Coat
We use self-priming polyurea to firmly adhere to the floor and ensure the coating won’t chip or peel.
Step 4: Flake
To add texture and appeal, we use polymer flakes that are spread throughout the new epoxy floor.
Step 5: Scrape
To prep the floor for the final layer, we scrape off all excess polymer flakes and vacuum scraps to prepare for final coat.
Step 6: Seal
A UV stable polyaspartic topcoat is then applied. After 12 hours, your new floor will be prepared for light foot traffic.
