Meet The Owner

Todd’s passion for problem solving and hard work started over 30 years ago growing up on a farm in rural Iowa. His strong sense of ethics and emphasis on excellent customer care are firmly rooted in his Midwestern upbringing. Having left the farm post high school, he spent 7 years learning concrete construction. At the age of 25 he started Waddell Printing of Des Moines. A business that brokered many companies’ printing needs. After learning business operations and necessary accounting skills, he launched TRW Concrete Construction. He believes strongly that building requires a vision and a willingness to adapt to what is already there. Just as no two signatures are alike, each driveway and decorative patio he designs fulfill the desires and lifestyle of its owner. This philosophy had guided his company as he continues the serve numerous area builders and residential homeowners.
